TruU Authorized Users US State Policies, Disclosures and Rights Updated 2024 Biometric Use Policy
Introduction
This Biometric Use Policy (“Policy”) describes how TruU, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects biometric data in accordance with applicable United States, individual state laws. We recognize the sensitivity and value of biometric data and are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations. This supplements and does not replace the disclosures, policies and rights set forth in the Privacy Policy applicable to Authorized Users.
Definitions
- “Biometric Data” means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifiers or biometric information.
